Customer Service Representatives report to the Sales Manager in Branch Office. These individuals interact extensively with our customers and are responsible for ultimate customer satisfaction. Timely, accurate responses to all customer inquiries about services, order processing, billing, inventory status, and delivery are a definite must in this key role. CSRs must be able to gather information via telephone, be diligent in data entry, and manage complex order processing through our various distribution centers nationwide. Those who do will find unlimited promotion opportunities in all sales and distribution channels.

Requirements for this position include an Associate’s degree or equivalent customer service experience; customer service background; strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills; computer/data entry proficiency; and a high level of personal responsibility and self-motivation. A positive, can-do attitude is a must.
