SALES ADMINISTRATION (Temporary)

“Lowongan Cikarang – Bekasi November 2009

Responsibilities :

The incumbent will be responsible for credit management and order management:

*Issuing invoices, debit note and credit notes in line with tax guidelines
*Responsible of order flow / turnover reporting to the Regional Office in Singapore
*To monitor any outstanding payment (Account Receivable)
*To collect outstanding payment from Customers and follow-up as necessary
*Liaise with Finance Department for accounts receivable reconciliation and allocation of payments
*To arrange the delivery of invoices to Customers
*Process order into SAP and RDS system
*Preparation of Order Confirmation to customers and warehouse personnel
*Processing and monitoring of purchase orders/ shipment, overseas and locals.
*To upkeep and archive documents for sales orders, purchase orders, customers and invoice listing.

Requirements :

*Domicile in Cikarang, Bekasi
*Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting
*Experience in Sales Administration at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
*Having knowledge of accounting software SAP is preferred
*Good with numbers and in record maintenance, good negotiating skills when collecting, precise in invoicing
*Good team player with good communication skills
*Must be able to pay attention to detail and follow control procedures
*English literate, both in writing and communicational
*Proficient in MS Office applications
*Able to start work within short notice preferred
