Job Description :

Understand Client software:

*Windows 2000, Windows XP
*Microsoft Office 2003 & 2007

Have knowledge of Networking:

*Understand TCP/IP network concept.
*Understand TCP/IP protocols.
*Understand Network devices, such as: hub, router, switches, etc
*Understand client server configuration.
*Understand Terminal Server access and concept.
*Understand Physical network cabling technologies.
*Experience in technical support documentations & management.
*Have a good soft skill & verbal communication with users.

Spesification:

*Male
*S1 Information Technology
*Min 3 years experience
*Fluent in English
*Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines
