Persyaratan :

1. IT Support (ITS)
Qualifications :
• Male / Female, max 28 years old,
• Min. bachelor degree majoring Computer Engineering or Information System
• Having min 2 years experiences as IT Support
• Familiar with Hardware/Software, network, operating system, MyOB, maintenance software, design software, mail server, internet programme, PABX
• Able to conduct training of computer knowledge to users
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and initiative
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Able to work as individual as well as in a team

2. Customer Care (CC)
Qualifications :
• Female, max 26 years old (Single)
• University Graduate (minimum D3) of Any Discipline
• Having min 1 year experience as a Call Centre or Customer Service Officer
• Computer, office application and internet literate
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Active, dinamic, pleasant personality and good communication skill
• Customer and Services Oriented
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Able to work as individual as well as in a team
