Responsibilities:

* Organization Development, Program Administration and Management
* Performance Management System Administration and Management
* Training and Development Management
* Expat Knowledge Transfer
* Apprenticeship Program
* Graduate/Foundation Program
* Talent Review
* Managing respective organization and Human Resources
* Managing the administration and report

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with major in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* At least the last 3 years has been in the Supervisory / Assistant Managerial position.
* Preferably has previous working experiences with one the international oil and gas company.
* Excellent command of the English language.
