Customer Relation Officer

Responsibilities Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Utara Agustus 2010 :

* Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services.
* Input data customers, give free sample/gifts, promotion/event
* Handling mall tenant and customer’s complaint
* Maintenance mall facilities
* Maintenance tenants and customers data
* Leading shift in customer service department

Requirements:

* Male, 20-25 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
* Have at least 1 year experience as a Customer Relation Officer in shopping mall.
* Computer Literature, MS Office and Good English Skill.
* Able to work in shift system.
* Smart, Good looking, Service-oriented, Good manner and personality, Good initiative, High Sense of Responsibility and Well-organized.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit-Jakarta Utara
* Must submit recent photograph
