Lokasi : Jakarta 2010
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate recruitment activity and job posting activity
* Coordinate training activity, starting from training needs assessment, design training curriculums, and evaluate training effectiveness
* Improve the effectiveness of HR Business Process by evaluate HR SOP
* Assist HR Manager in all HR activity
Requirements:
* Male/Female, age maximum 30 years old
* Professional Degree (S1) from reputable university.
* Minimum 2 years experiences in the organizational development and design, job analysis and evaluation, recruitment system and process, people development, developing and control for the human resources system and procedure, standard operating procedure (SOP).
* Highly independent, honest, excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, confident, responsible, willing to learn, ability to work under tight schedules and team player
* Fluent in written and spoken English; Expert Level skill with Microsoft Office
