Persyaratan :

1. Customer Agent (CA)

* Wanita, SMA atau D1. Must be able to speak English, Age: 19 – 25
* First point of contact for customer
* Information rendering to customer
* Q-System Management
* Service Counter Management
* Collection points Management, General Enquiry, Checking of devices warranty
* First level screening of the technical condition of the device.
* Monitor and track every order call or service call from beginning until job closure and escalate critical cases to higher echelon

2. Teknisi PC/Notebook (TECH)) (4 orang)

* SMA atau D1. Must be able to speak English, Age: 19 – 25
* Level 1 and Level 2 PC / Notebook Repair
* Failure analysis (User/usage fault, network faul, SW/HW Fault)
* SW knowledge in Windows applications
* Repair of electircal defect which don’t require tuning
* Change electromechanical parts where soldering is required
* Provide information for out of warranty quote
* Certified Technician is preferable (HP, DELL, Lenovo or Toshiba)

3.Staff Administrasi (SA) (3 orang)

* Issue quotation and invoice for Out Of Warranty (OOW) unit
* issue invoice for sell product (accessories)
* money collection and financial report
* sparepart and inventory management and forecasting
