Responsibilities:

* Answer phones and provide information in response to inquires about products and services.
* Handle and resolve customer’s complaints.
* Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
* Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
* Complete call logs and reports.
* Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
* Computer Literature, MS Office and Good English Skill.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit-Jakarta Utara.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Able to work in shift system.
* Smart, Good looking, Service-oriented, Good manner and personality, Good initiative, High Sense of Responsibility, Well-organized and Good Analytical Thinking.
