Work in Jakarta
A. Business Development Manager (K-BDM)
* Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Marketing; Master degree is an advantage.
* Min. 5 years experience in Brand Management and has successfully developed product in food and beverage industry, preferably in FMCG Company.
* Skilled and knowledgeable on project management, marketing research, production and financial aspect.
* Willing to travel intensively.
B. Engineering Manager (K-EM)
* Bachelor degree in Machine/Electrical Engineering
* Min. 5 years experience in Food & Beverage Company / F&B Project Management
* Skilled and knowledgeable on water controlling process and maintenance machine
* Knowledgeable on GMP standard
* Willing to travel intensively.
C. Human Resources Supervisor (K-HRS)
* Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law
* Min. 2 year experience in the same position
* Have experience CBHRM concept, and CBT (Concept Base Training)
* Skilled and knowledgeable on Organitation Development
* Familiar with management of Internal Company Magazine and Labor Institution
* Willing to travel intensively
D. Market Research Manager (K-MRM)
* Bachelor degree in Psychology/Business Administration/Sociology/Marketing. Master degree is an advantage.
* Min. 5 years experience as marketing research or consumer insight.
* Skilled and knowledgeable on qualitative and quantitative research methodology.
E. Supply Chain Manager (K-SCM)
* Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably from Industrial Engineering
* Min. 5 years experience related experience, preferably in PPIC field
* Skilled and knowledgeable on Lean Manufacturing, Forecasting and Project Management
* Knowledgeable on Manufacturing Business Process
F. Brand Development Staff (K-BDS)
* Bachelor degree in Management/Engineering,
* Min 1 year experience in the same position, preferably from FMCG Company. Fresh Graduates are welcome
* Skilled and knowledgeable on marketing concept and system
* Having ability to manage marketing of the brand, including advertising and promotion.
