Riau – BATAM

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Document Control:
* Assist Representative Batam Manager in administrative matters
* Assist in invoicing preparation by checking all PO/Work Order issued, Daily worker Reporting and number of certificate issued.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Be a dynamic team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skill
* Be able to demonstrate good managerial & effective leadership
* Good command of English both oral & writing
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
