Branch Manager-BM/Pinca (Placement in Purwokerto & Tegal)

Responsibilities:

*Give direction to team members on strategies to reach branch target;
*Take responsibility on teams performances by continuously giving supervision to them;
*Develop bussiness at the branch & maintain existing customer.

Requirements:

*At least 5 years of working experience in the same position;
*Have good market portfolio & costomer database;
*Male / Female age max 40 years;
*Understand banking operation & procedure;
*Target oriented, strong leadership capacities and high integrity, with excellent communication & presentation skills;
*Good command of english & computer literacy is required.
