Requirements Lowongan Kerja April 2011 :

* Education background:
o S1 graduates with at least 1 (one) year experience on the same job function
o D3 graduates with at least 2 (two) years experience on the same job function
o Senior High School with at least 8 (eight) years experience on the same job function
* Good English TOEIC 600
* Good knowledge and experience using Call Ticket owned by Company (HP Service Manager or other tool)
* Good communication and negotiation skills with customer
* Has telephone courtesy soft-skill
