Responsibilities:
So you are ambitious about getting your career moving forward to the Management Position?

You will be part of the Training Management Program, where you will be trained to the level where you can be responsible for business management roles. The program consists of three phases, where you will be trained accordingly:

* Sales & Marketing : Focus on customer services, communication and sales skills. As the starting position, you will be dealing with potential customers in face to face level. Thus, you need to enjoy meeting new people!

* Training Development: Focus on training and people development. This is the Junior Management Position where you will be responsible in managing a small team.

* Business Development: Focus on business management, administration and industry operation. This position is an office-based position where you will be managing an office and supports clients in achieving their goals.
